The Taylor Swift Re-recordings: What to Expect Next
With the release of Taylor Swift’s long-anticipated re-recording of “Fearless” (now referred to as “Fearless (Taylor’s Version),” fans did not wait long to start anticipating the next release. It is generally believed Swift will not be releasing her albums in order, so this begs the question… what comes next?
On Wednesday, April 13th (in typical Taylor fashion), Swift appeared on the Stephen Colbert show to talk about the release of “Fearless (Taylor’s Version),” as well as drop some rather interesting easter eggs regarding the next release.
From hints involving Stephen Colbert’s birthday, social security numbers, and Stephen King, one thing is clear: “1989 (Taylor’s Version)” is coming.
“1989” was a pop renaissance for Swift, fully breaking her into the genre and establishing herself as a versatile force to be reckoned with within the music industry. “1989” is filled with unforgettable classics, and I cannot wait to hear Taylor’s Version with mature vocals and amped-up production.
